The Van Der Merwe family trust approached us to do a new built at one of the local retirement villages for one of their elderly members. From day one the project offered great challenges as it was the last open plot, inside a secure access controlled retirement village, with the additional time constraint. With 1m open to each neighbour, this beautiful double story 260m² house was completed as promised with the client extremely happy.
